update error R6034

While trying to install the new DX update I got this runtime error.It came from the .Net library SP 3.saying it was an incorrect call,R6034.My antivirus was off so it shouldn't have affected it.

I get the same error as well when installing or uninstalling.

What new DX update. As far as I know no new DX betas have been released yet.

This is the 3.5 beta currently available for DesktopX Pro users.

I redid the install after a new microsoft update .It removes malicous software,and now it all is back to normal.except the last page of object propertie's,the summary tab, changed to list veiw.Is this a new change or is my install corupted?
